We take care of your every need to ensure that you have the best ski holiday experience. Our bookings and concierge team have spent a great deal of time in our chalets and experienced our service first hand, so they can guide you through every detail of your stay. They also have a thorough understanding of Morzine and the ski area and will be able to advise you how to gain the most enjoyment from your time on the slopes.
Organising a holiday can be a time consuming and stressful exercise, our aim is to make this process as easy as possible for you and to provide you with the peace of mind that you will be completely cared for from start to finish. From your initial enquiry our team will focus on the detail of your group to ensure that we understand the needs of each individual. We focus on organising all aspects of your group’s or family's holiday, from your travel arrangements, dietary requirements, ski hire, ski school, lift passes, creche and nanny services, spa treatments and any non-ski activities.
All of your details are then carefully communicated to your chalet hosts to prepare for your stay. Your chef will be able to tailor their menu around your preferences and dietary requirements. Your chalet host is on hand throughout your stay, providing a comprehensive service; serving food and drinks, maintaining the high standards within the chalet and providing advice and help with booking local amenities and services. They are proactive to help and motivated by your enjoyment so if there is anything that you require that we haven’t thought of, please don’t hesitate to ask.
