Our ethos at TG Ski is about creating the best experiences for our guests. We want to enable our guests to indulge and relax for every second of the precious time that they have away from busy schedules. We have invested in creating the right environment, worked tirelessly to build a team with knowledge and passion and spent years filling in the detail so that the service our guests receive, creates the holiday that we would want to go on.
Company History
TG Ski was Established in 2004 by Tom Miklausic and George Powell. Originally it was a combination of passion for the lifestyle of the alps and a vision of the holiday that we wanted to go on, that led to the businesses conception. In its inaugural seasons, TG Ski was founded on principals to make the perfect holiday for young professionals. In reality, those foundations created a service, that appeals to anyone that wants to indulge themselves and make the most of their precious holiday time.
TG Ski was soon looking to grow beyond a lifestyle business. The introduction in 2008 of Tom Marley-Shaw as resort manager, with an eye to the company's future proved pivotal and he quickly became an equal share holder and director of the business. The business found a balance that allowed attention to detail in the present for every one of their guests, whilst maintaining the essential vision for development and creating new experiences for their guests in the future.
The company was founded on lifelong friendships and the importance of people. This grows with the TG family now. Whether it is the family and friends of TG Ski, the 90 chalet hosts, drivers and managers or the thousands of guests; people enjoying the brand is the core mission. TG Ski is proud of the last 12 years and excited about the story that it will write in the years to come.

Directors
George Powell
Director
George is one of the founding partners of TG Ski. His background in french and economics and passion for snow sports, led him to business in the alps. Whilst chalet hosting is sadly 10 yrs behind him he is still integral to our French relations and company development. He is also a Commercial Sports Photographer.
Tom Marley-Shaw
Director & MD
Tom Marley-Shaw is at the centre of everything TG Ski. His experience with many of the leading brands in the Ski Chalet industry have helped shape TG Ski into the business that it is today. His time invested in recruiting the right people for the brand is integral to the company. When he is not overseeing the running of the business; he can be found on a bike on the roads of Cheshire or the infamous climbs of the alps.
Tom Miklausic
Director
Tom is one of the founding partners of TG Ski. After a successful career in professional rugby, Tom's drive and enthusiasm was turned to the alps. Tom's values can be felt across the brand. He is also a Chartered Surveyor, working in retail across Europe.

Felicity Marley-Shaw
Sales & Concierge Team
Felicity lived in Morzine and worked in resort for TG Ski for 2 winter seasons, so knows our chalets and the resort inside and out! After a few years working as a Project Manager for a Leadership Development specialist she is now based back in the UK office in Cheshire. Felicity manages our marketing and sales programmes as well as assisting with concierge services. Felicity is a multi-tasking machine juggling work, two young children, a dog and a husband
Caroline Davis
Sales & Concierge Team
Caroline's background is in office management and she brings her keen eye for details to the TG Ski team. She is here to make sure your holiday runs as smoothly as possible! She will be on hand from your very first contact with us to answer any questions on our chalets and service as well as organising all your pre-holiday care. As well as her love for a good excel spreadsheet, Caroline loves the mountains, skiing, running and spending time with her family.
Roz Webster
Sales & Concierge Team
Roz is passionate about you enjoying your stay with us, and loves to be part of the TG Ski Team. She bounds into work each day and loves that she gets to talk about skiing everyday - She spent a number of winters in N.America and Japan as a ski instructor. Prior to joining TG Ski Roz worked as a customer services supervisor, this experience and her dedication to our guests ensure that you have all that you need for a memorable holiday. Outside of work you'll find Roz training for (another) marathon or chasing after her beagle - Buddy.
